Excerpts, from the decreet, obtained the 23d of February 1722, at the instance of the barbers of Edinburgh, against the surgeons, containing the grand decerniture of said decreet, and the special interlocutors, so far as respects the clerkship, made out at the desire of the Lord Coalston, reporter of the cause depending betwixt the surgeons of Edinburgh, and Alexander Schaw, their clerk, against the said barbers, and Walter Ferguson, writer in Edinburgh.
