Tōkyō no yado : Eine Herberge in Tokyo /

A poor man (Kihachi) struggles to care for his two sons as he roams industrialized Tokyo in search of work. The family encounters and befriends Otaka and her young daughter. When the daughter becomes seriously ill,Kihachi desperately attempts to help find money for the hospital bills.
