Black lightning /

In Seattle, a serial killer is executed in the electric chair, watched by Ann Jeffers, the reporter who helped to convict him. At the instant the killer dies, Jeffers' husband suffers a heart attack at home, after which he is a completely different man. What is more, the killings continue.
