Teacher stress levels on the job survey : principals' managerial behavior scale, teacher satisfaction survey /

The Teacher Stress Levels on the Job Survey was developed to assess teacher stress related to their employment. It was used with stepwise multiple regression analyses to determine the significance of the principals' leadershilp behavior for predicting job-related stress among teachers.
