Probabilities of temperature extremes in the U.S.A /

Provides capability to estimate temperature probabilites for 332 locations in 50 states. It also gives a capability to examine how temperature probabiliites might change, given a monthy forecast of above and below normal temperatures, or even to examine climate change scenarios.
