An ordinance to provide for the disposition of the state troops and volunteers, raised under the acts of the General Assembly, respectively, entitled "An act to raise ten thousand state troops," ratified the 8th day of May, and "An act to provide for the public defence," ratified the 10th day of May, 1861.
