The Priviledges of Parliament, or, A modest ansvver to these three questions : I. whether it be in the power of a Parliament, called by Writ to alter pre-established state-government : II. whether it be in the power of a Parliament to alter church government : III. whether it be in the power of a Parliament, when their right and just priviledges be undermined and sought to be subverted by private stratagems or publike warre, to take up armes in defence of themselves and the whole kingdome.
