An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament : for taking and receiving of the accompts of the whole kingdom : together with the names of the committee which are appointed for that service, who are to enquire of all misdemeanours touching the premises : also, an oath to be taken by every person of the said committee before he enter into the said office, before the speaker for the time being of either Houses of Parliament.
