Fiscal environment of, and corporate vehicles for, venture capital in the European Communities /

The purpose of the study is to review and assess the fiscal environment and the corporate vehicles for venure capital in the European Communities. The study also presents a total of 16 recommandations designed to imporve the overall climate in favour of venure capital type operations.
