Paged continuously, with the exception of Supplement and Appendix, etc., in the last volume. Publisher statements vary. Date of publication varies. Volume 1: 1747; volume 2: 1748; volume 3: 1750; volume 4: 1747; volume 5: 1760; volume 6, part 1: 1763; volume 6, part 2: 1766. Issued in 366 parts, with a supplement and an index. Volume 6 is in two parts. Indexes in volume 6, part 2. The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy was acquired as part of the Lois Goddard Morrison Collection of Eighteenth Century Literature.
