Their experiences garnered from both classroom teachings and active participation in the National Executive Leadership and Fellowship Program in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Latino Behavioral Health Association (NLBHA) have yielded consistent feedback affirming the practicality, viability, and effectiveness of the IDDEA Leadership Framework. Nonetheless, recognizing areas for enhancement, the authors present the following additions in this second edition. Primarily, three new chapters are introduced that delve into financial management and antiracist leadership practices.
