The 2007 Congress was held May 15-19 in Tampa, Florida. The conference theme, "Restoring Our Natural Habitat," sets a new direction for EWRI. Instead of starting with the built environment, EWRI approached the conference from the perspective of natural resources, examining how to mitigate human impact upon natural resources.
