Summary:This research project case summarizes a dissertation using feminist methodology to conduct a single case study design with qualitative methods. The purpose of the study was to understand how one domestic violence organization (an intrinsic case) promoted economic justice for survivors of domestic violence. The research is presented in order to share the challenges associated with the development of a doctoral dissertation proposal, methodological challenges faced in the field, and the reflexivity process developed for this qualitative research.
