Description
Summary:The notice informs all individuals or entities in possession of potato stocks exceeding one Zentner (approx. 50 kg or 110 lbs) as of March 15, 1915, were legally required to report their quantities to local authorities. Failure to report or providing false information was punishable by up to six months in prison or a fine of up to ten thousand Mark. Negligence could result in a fine of up to three thousand Mark. Concealed stocks could be confiscated by the state.
