To amend Title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to report on whether the Secretary will include certain psychedelic drugs in the formulary of the Department of Veterans Affairs : report (to accompany H.R. 7347) (including cost estimate of the Congressional Budget Office).
