| Summary: | The 14th Five-Year Plan of China clearly supports Hong Kong's development as an international innovation and technology center. How to successfully realize innovation and technology is the key to Hong Kong's "breakthrough" again. This film follows the historical context, starting from the difficulties of the country's chip industry, and emphasizes the importance of technological development to the country. We traced back the electronic transistors, which were all the rage in Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s, to the various challenges faced by the development of the innovative technology industry today, and summarized the reasons and solutions for the decline of Hong Kong's technology industry represented by semiconductors. Moreover, many experts who are currently engaged in the frontline of technological innovation and development in Hong Kong were invited to present their rich research and application results to the audience, which presented the imprint of Hong Kong's active development of the technology industry in the 21st century and its full integration into the overall national development.
