Dimitris Kouretas could have stayed in the U.S, where he studied for many years. But he decided to return to Greece to start a business that uses the 1,600 plants that only grow in Greece to create natural products. Meanwhile Fanis Koutouvelis founded the start-up I-KIOSK.
