| Summary: | Although women are playing an increasingly important economic role in their families, communities and society and often carry the burden of economic and reproductive labor, they are less likely than men to take time off, and their health and well-being is suffering as a consequence. This workshop will provide: * Information regarding time off for the average woman worker in the United States * Recommended ways to maximize time off for self-care * Shared personal experience and learnings from my own process of taking a 3-month sabbatical.
