The POSTA study : cognition after randomized early tonsillectomy in snoring preschool children /

Snoring pre-school children were randomized to early adenotonsillectomy. Although PSG parameters, sleep quality, behavior and parent-reported symptoms all improved, there was no improvement in global IQ.
