Thrilled to be working at the Bonton Bakery, Terrance has new aspirations to one day have a career as a baker. Having survived multiple bouts of pneumonia as a child, he was left with cognitive challenges that have impacted his ability to find lasting employment. After years of hardship, barely able to get survive on social assistance, he now has a sense of purpose, value, and an improved quality of life.
