| Summary: | Originally from Italy, the 3 Marcaccini brothers own one of the largest Gelato manufacturing companies in the United States. Giancarlo, Monte and Gianandrea created their Gelato company, Villa Dolce, over 15 years ago and continue to hit milestones with a full steam approach to the growth of their business. They spent their childhoods between Italy and the United States and started their professional careers as professional Basketball players, playing in leagues throughout Western Europe. After the oldest brother, Giancarlo, retired, they started Villa Dolce. In their interviews they give advice to entrepreneurs who are interested in getting in the food distribution industry, the "Do's" and the "Don'ts" of food manufacturing and how to persevere for over a decade and a half to come out on top.
