| Summary: | Workshops designed to provide practical ideas for teaching learning disabled students in general education classrooms. Participants will: (1) understand and reflect on the learning needs of students with learning disabilities; (2) reflect on their roles and responsibilities; (3) identify educational adjustments that may enable learing disabled students to participate; (4) become aware of how strategies instruction may help learning disabled students progress through the general curriculum; and (5) become aware of how classroom teachers and special educators can collaborate.
