Summary:It's common knowledge in Clyde River that Naujarlak Tassugat has spent much of his life travelling between our world and the spirit world. He first travelled to the other world as a young man and later married a spirit woman - together they had a spirit daughter. Naujarlak can't visit the spirit world anymore. He was asked to leave because of the growing skepticism toward the shadow spirit people, even in his own community, which meant leaving his spirit family behind.
