Description
Summary:The Russian city of Sochi was a bizarre choice of host for the 2014 Winter Olympics. Known as "Russia's Riviera", Sochi is a traditional summer resort for Russia's rich and beautiful, and, at the time that the International Olympics Committee made their decision, did not have a single venue fit for Olympic purposes. 'Putin's Games' exposes the questionable nature of the entire Sochi nomination, whilst following the construction of a faux "winter" in a sub - tropical environment. The controversies become increasingly convoluted as the Winter Olympics draw nearer.
