Her operation falls during the month of Ramadam and she sees this as yet another sign that this operation is her chance to turn her life around. In this final episode we also meet 32 year old Sarah Jamal. She lost over 8 stone following a gastric by pass operation. Now she wants liposuction, breast enlargement and an arm lift to help her feel better about her body. We follow her to Germany for cosmetic surgery that could change her life.
