The panel have received an e-mail from new headteacher Amanda asking them to pass on their interview tips and advice for conducting a conflict resolution interview in a situation where two members of the senior leadership team have refused to work together on a new project. The panel reflect on how the headteacher can make an informed and fair decision, and maintain the key relationships within their school.
