Description
Summary:Auto Project Edges on Reference (required). This setting used to be on by default. You'll want to enable it to ensure the line drawn on the cylinder (for the Sphere location) is snapped in vertically. Click your Profile Photo (or initials) > Preferences > Design (tab on left) > Check "Auto Project Edges on Reference" > Apply > close the dialog. Visual Style set to Shaded (optional) You may notice the appearance of the lightbulb looks a little different. That's because my Visual Style setting was set to the "Shaded" option. This setting is simply visual and does not affect the 3D model in any manner. Go to your Display Settings (computer icon) at the bottom of Fusion 360 > Visual Style > select Shaded. The default Visual Style is "Shaded with Visual Edges Only," which is used throughout this course.
