Summary:The staff at Kings Langley Secondary School near Watford have bravely volunteered to take part in this world-first experiment for Teachers' TV. Hermione Cockburn and a team of scientific experts descend on their school for a week to monitor and evaluate the stress levels of the workforce and attempt to answer the question "How stressed is their school?" It's Thursday and in this fourth and penultimate episode, Hermione is joined by stress expert Dr Angela Clow, who reveals the results of the hormone testing on the staff. We find out about how much their Cortisol levels, a strong indicator of stress, increase during work. The team also continue to monitor a range of staff during their working day.
