Summary:	Dave and Yo Holland managed a dairy farm in Sussex, England for 16 years but have always dreamt of owning their own farm. Tempted by French financial aid, they are moving to France with their 11-year-old son, Carey. They don't speak French and they have never been to France on holiday, but they have taken the plunge and put their life savings into a 100-hectare beef farm. After six months, the family is settling into the community. They are making progress and the bank manager finally agrees to allow them to buy sheep. Yet, just as their worries subside, their worst fear is realised – the BSE crisis hits France. As beef prices plummet are the Hollands in danger of losing everything?
