We also follow the headteacher as she does detailed lesson sampling to assess individual pupil progress, and sit in on the professional discussion afterwards. To conclude, the KS2 team share the secret of their success - sharing ideas, talking about maths, communicating their enthusiasm for maths, and inspiring leadership!"
