Simon talks about the problem of applying for new posts and the panel talk about ways of positively describing this in job applications. On the panel are:- Julian Stanley, Chief Executive of the Teacher Support Network- Nina Franklin, National Union of Teachers representative for Bristol - Robert Latham, a senior counsellor working for Teacherline. Simon and Nicola are two teachers who share their workload problems with a panel of experts to gain ideas on how to better manage their workload. The panel consists of Julian Stanley, Chief Executive of the Teacher Support Network; Sharon Gilbert, a financial advisor to the teaching profession; and Robert Latham, a senior counsellor working for Teacherline.
