Sally Coates, principal of Burlington Danes Academy, says to other heads worried about the implications of becoming an academy that the reality is most staff are very happy working in academies and in fact get better pay and conditions than they would otherwise. Sir Michael Wilshaw from Mossbourne Academy, Venessa Willms from King Solomon Academy, Primary, and Steve Kenning from Harris City Academy, also share their views on staffing.
