They follow their own Steiner Waldorf Curriculum and all management responsibility is held equally, being shared out amongst the staff and the school. Miss Kelly explores the differences between the mainstream and alternative educational systems and looks for new methods and practices to take away with her. Her conclusions are as eye-opening as the programme itself.
