In addition Vic works to identify his leadership style and ethos as part of the process of developing his vision of where the school will be in 3-5 years time. Once this is in place, then they move to looking at the steps that need to be taken and the other people that this could involve. A key tip the coach offers the new head is to allow time to think things through before committing to anything on paper.
