Description
Summary:On July 12, 2006, Israel launched a massive attack against Lebanon. During this attack, various groups emerged to help those who had lost their homes -- a theatre director works with children to help them cope with their losses and the constant presence of violence; an aid worker coordinates the war relief efforts and at times, even ropes in the young victims so that they too can contribute; a journalist struggles to report about the war from the frontline; a news-desk director juggles her job and a new-born baby. Through their various efforts, these individuals become resistance fighters of their own making. This event marks the first time that the Israeli military with its full might has failed to overcome a lesser opponent.
