Description
Summary:Medication and treatment costs for stress are soaring into the billions, and still people are hard-pressed to find anything inside the body that can be definitively identified as stress. In this talk, Marcus Gentry gives a working definition of stress, as well as five steps to successfully manage stress. The steps are rooted in universal principles and therefore can be used by anyone, under any circumstance when a person is experiencing stress. If applied, such steps will greatly reduce the damaging results that stress has on the body. The steps are summed up in the Triple A plan, which includes Assessment, Adjustment, and Activation. The viewers of this video are asked to think of personal examples as they watch, allowing them to test themselves against the 5 steps provided.
