The traditional offline procurement method has many problems, such as many procurement varieties, a large number of funds, complex bidding process, isolated information island, supplier management, and so on. This case aims to explore how Nanjing Water Group can solve the pain points of traditional offline procurement by building an online digital procurement system, to finally improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
