Description
Summary:Aarav Gidwani runs an advertising agency in Pune, India. His team comprises 20 people, including account managers, strategists, graphic designers, and content writers. Despite being a startup, Gidwani offers his employees higher salaries than his competitors, generous healthcare benefits, and several other perks and incentives, which is unusual for a small company. Despite all these, the staff are not happy, and many people steadily leave the company. The employees state either that they are dissatisfied at work or have found "better" opportunities elsewhere. This is a strain on the firm's resources, as Gidwani and his team must now devote more time and money to looking for suitable candidates and training them. Gidwani has also noticed that the current staff members are lacking the motivation to improve their work and finish tasks on time. As a result, there is a shortage of dedicated staff, which has led the agency to struggle with retaining its current customers. With a high turnover rate, coupled with his employees' declining performance, there is a severe threat to the firm's success. What should Gidwani do to attain his business goals?
