|a A successful international startup theatre company in the arts must devise a formalized innovation structure around a creative process. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, the theatre company needed to change their innovation process to account for dispersed employees. With theatre venues closed and gatherings of people not possible, a business model that assumes people could meet in person and interact is in peril.
