In 2014, he created a medical device prototype, Respire, with the guidance of school mentors and the help of school resources: laboratories, a network of professionals, and financial grants. In 2019, a final product was ready for the market. Mr Somah needed to define a robust strategy of internationalization to boost the company's visibility in Ghana and increase revenue with limited expenditures.
