JAN uses volunteers to teach young Nigerians essential skills to allow them to bridge the gap between education and work through hands-on programs on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Since its inception, JAN has faced a myriad of societal, bureaucratic and organizational challenges as it continues to grow and impact young Nigerians.
