Summary:	The case explains how Social Ventures Australia (SVA) conducted a demand-led vocational training program in Australia in collaboration with other nonprofit partners. SVA was able to increase the employability of disadvantaged Australian youth by incorporating companies in the design of the training program. However, deteriorating government funding and the use of robotics in the service industry made scalability of the training program challenging. Suzie Riddell, the chief strategy officer of SVA, who was in 2019 promoted to chief executive officer is responsible for addressing these issues. How can she increase the scalability of the program?
