| Summary: | In recent years, with the rapid development of the digital economy and the new trend of Internet of Everything, enterprises are increasingly calling for digital transformation and digital collaborative ability. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the number of users of DingTalk increased sharply. This case reviews the story of the failure of its predecessor, LaiWang, in which the founder cut off all means of retreat and, taking co-creation as a weapon, accurately grasped the social needs of corporate office collaboration, and finally created the leading intelligent mobile office platform in China.
