It has incorporated, paid state and federal taxes, and followed all regulations. But California has recently changed the regulatory environment. Golden State Elixirs will have to apply and obtain local and state licenses to continue. Complying with the new regulations will be costly, and management are considering whether to meet the restrictive new rules, shut down, or join the black market. |
