Identifying the vast scope of the dairy sector, Vinod Jogadand conceptualized Nirmal Milk Producers Association (NMPA) to address the problems faced by small milk producers. This case study encourages students to apprise themselves of the issues faced by small milk producers and how these issues are addressed. This study also allows students to apply value creation concepts and theories to the case and discuss emerging issues related to the dairy sector. Further, it helps students understand the role of social enterprises in the rural economy. |
