| Summary: | This case study presents the reasoning process behind drafting a research proposal using an online survey based on an existing questionnaire. The inquiries raised during the planning led to adapting the methodology and communication tools to suit the research and teaching goals and to adjusting the project scopes during the pandemic lockdown period. The case study includes the description and reflection upon the solutions, whenever found, to these difficulties encountered by the research team. The team managed to find effective solutions to methodological issues while having to give up some targets set in the proposal. The entire experience contributed to the development of the team's skills to run research studies and made them be even more flexible and prepared for such situations as the pandemic lockdown. |
