Summary:	The Survey of Migrant Inclusion NGOs was administered across every country of the European Union in 2014 to assess how the national policy context specific to migrantś issues influences both domestic and transnational cooperation among migrant inclusion organizations. In this case study, I present an account of how the sampling frame was constructed for this large-scale, international survey. I discuss the various considerations involved in constructing a sampling frame for an organizational survey, and offer practical recommendations based on this research study. Although constructing the sampling frame for an organizational survey can be a time-intensive and complex endeavor, a good sampling frame is necessary to reduce sampling bias and ensure representation.
