PhD candidate Jacqueline Grantland and Dr. Katarzyna Peoples, core faculty at Walden University's Department of Counselor Education and Supervision, provide these data from the dissertation of Jacqueline Grantland. The exemplar focuses on how the researcher uses a double hermeneutic with interpretive phenomenological analysis to reflect on her understanding of the phenomenon. The researcher uses narrative information from the participants to generate themes and codes from the collected data and help them make sense of their experience. The dataset files are accompanied by a Teaching Guide and a Student Guide. |
