| Summary: | Our study aimed to determine which variables have the greatest influence on the work life of small entrepreneurs. In that study, we investigated whether microfinance ensures decent working conditions in small ventures. We tried to put an insight into our research using the Smart PLS application software. Using partial least square (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM), we recorded that social dialogues among borrower-entrepreneurs and stability of the enterprises have the greatest impacts on their work and non-work life. Using importance-performance map analysis (IPMA), we reported that social discussions among borrowers have the most significant effect in achieving harmony between work and non-work life. We inferred that the loaning organizations needed to engage their borrowers more with social relations in empowering decent working conditions at the small enterprise level. |
