| Summary: | Tsene's study, which concluded in 2010, evolved alongside the development of social media and social responsibility in Greece, meaning there were constant changes to keep track of. Tsene was also working in Greek Public Broadcasting in the newly formed department of corporate social responsibility at the time. To gather as much data as possible, multiple techniques were combined: interviews, case study analysis, comparative analysis and participant observation. This case study provides personal experience of using several methodological tools and sheds light on the particular challenges faced during research. |
